OBJECTIVES

This course will cover all the major basic valuation concepts and  principles, concentrating on the smaller to medium sized entities that comprise the overwhelming majority of businesses in the UK. This will assist practitioners to achieve agreement of the most advantageous values for their clients with HMRC, whilst also dealing with many valuation principles likely to be of application in non-tax situations, including the crucial issue of discounts.
