Emma Rawson

Emma is Director of Public Policy at the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT), leading their tax technical and professional standards work.

She heads up the ATT’s engagement with HMRC on Making Tax Digital, has presented numerous webinars and talks on the subject, and is the author of Bloomsbury Professional’s Making Tax Digital Tracker.

Emma strongly believes in sharing her knowledge about and love of tax with others. She presents talks and webinars around the country, writes articles for leading publications and has appeared on Local and National Radio and Television to discuss tax issues. She has also provided oral evidence to committees of both the House of Lords and House of Commons.

Emma is a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). She is also Chair of the Leeds Branch of the ATT/CIOT.
