OBJECTIVES

The world of the LLP has been changing. The company law exemptions for the very smallest LLP and FRS 105 can now be applied. The tax treatment of some members has changed. Are you and your LLP clients fully aware of the impact of these changes on the LLP’s activities, and more importantly on their accounts?

This course is designed to ensure that delegates can understand how LLPs operate and apply the provisions of the legislation, prepare accounts which comply with the SORP and accounting regulations and conduct an audit taking into account the specific issues relevant to LLPs.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Partners and staff advising LLPs and those considering setting up LLPs.
