What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you request a Flexiticket or course/conference/seminar place from us. The information we collect includes your name, organisation/firm, address, telephone number, email address and any special dietary requirements if you are attending a course/conference which includes the provision of food.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account, and to contact you with information relevant to your booking and other courses which may interest you. We do not collect any additional personal data we do not need. We use the basis of ‘legitimate interest’ in order to keep our clients informed of future courses to help enable them to fulfil their professional CPD obligations.
All the personal data we collect is stored on secure servers and processed by our staff in the UK. We have a data protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
SESCA Ltd does not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties. We do share attendee lists (name, firm and town) with conference sponsors and conference/seminar delegates.
We would like to send you information about our products and services which may be of interest to you by post.
You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted by post for marketing purposes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We use ICAEW data for our annual brochure mailing, this data is used by the brochure printers to fulfil the annual brochure mailing. Our contract with the printers includes compliance with data protection laws and the General Data Protection Regulation.

- request from us access to and rectification or erasure (deletion) of your personal data
- restrict the use by us of your personal data
- object to us using your personal data at all, and
