The Flexiticket Explained

The Flexiticket Explained

The Flexiticket offers one of the best value for money CPD discount schemes. Tickets are transferable and may be used by any number of individuals from different organisations, allowing smaller and sole practitioners and members in business to 'club together'. Tickets are valid for up to 13 months, as they expire 12 months from the last day of the month in which they are paid for. All half day courses use one place, full day courses use two places. A course place must be cancelled by email, and acknowledged by us, at least two clear working days before the course date to enable you to use the place on another course within the validity period of your ticket.

  • Q: How long is my Flexiticket valid for?

A: 12 months from the last day of the calendar month in which the ticket is paid for eg. pay for your ticket on 1st March 2024 and it will expire on 31st March 2025. Places must be used on courses which take place within the validity period of the ticket.

Q: Where are the courses held?

A: All South East venu-based courses are held at Crawley, Maidstone or Dorking. For further information on venues click here.

    • any Southern, Thames Valley, live online and recorded online Flexiticket courses subject to availability
    • certain whole day courses (refer to relevant pages) using 2 places

Q: When should I buy my ticket?

A: You can book your ticket and reserve places at any time. We will not invoice you until the 1st of the month in which the first course you wish to attend takes place. Thus you can ensure your places on popular courses well in advance.

Q: Do I have to use the Flexiticket on 5, 12 or 25 different courses?

A: No. The ticket can be used by any number of individuals on any number of courses totalling either 5, 12 or 25

Q: What if I am unable to, or fail to attend a course on which I have booked?

A: Currently you may either use the place on another course which takes place within the validity period of your ticket or request the documentation. If you choose the latter this will constitute use of one place on your ticket. No refunds are made on places not used. A course place must be cancelled by email, and acknowledged by us, at least two clear working days before the course date to enable you to use the place on another course within the validity period of your ticket (i.e. if the course is on the morning of Thursday 21st November, notice must be received by midnight on Monday 18th November).
