OBJECTIVES

This course will provide an overview of the most important legal developments in the last 12 months for small and medium-sized charities. The course will cover current hot topics and areas of regulatory focus. We will also look at new key Charity Commission guidance and consultations, significant Commission investigation or compliance cases, and the main developments from the ICO and Fundraising Regulator. The course will also cover any major new Charity Tribunal or court cases relevant to charities that have been reported up to two weeks prior to the course.
